I need to get a picture for this: last Family Night Isaac chose jumping on the trampoline for the activity. Ben got on with the older boys and they played a "jump-as-high-as-you-can" game.
You should have seen Ben, knees nearly up to his chin with each jump, sending children sky-high all over the tramp. Isaac was propelled to heights that to him felt like a dream come true! It was all pretty comical.

I love it. Dad's are awesome for kids.
Don't they ever go flying OFF the tramp? And speaking of - When did you get that? Were the kids ECSTATIC?
Is that how you spell exqucstatic?
The trampoline has an "enclosure" -- a tall net sewn onto the trampoline that extends vertically about 10 feet all around it.
Isaac received it for his birthday. We'd wanted to get one for a year or so, but we didn't want to set one up in UT and then have to move it. We usually don't spend that much for birthdays, but it was time for us to have a trampoline.
It is 14 feet across, so all of the children can jump at once (a little more softly when Daniel is on). By my reckoning, we have put more than 120 hours of jumping on it in the month since we bought it. Pretty good investment, especially for those of ours that need an active outlet to calm their inner selves.
Yes, the children were ecstatic!
Wow! I remember when my cousins (who lived right behind me) were going to get a tramp! I practiced flips on my bed every night so that I would be ready when they got it!
I about broke my neck 3 or 4 times, but it was fun none the less!
Anyone remember the pain of "crack the egg"
